Epilogue: 2007

It's the time of the year where we bid adieu to 2007 & welcome 2008.

I have to say 2007 ended rather on a morbid manner as I lost my good friend, Sonny, in August. No doubt many friends of mine told me to move on, cheer up etc, I still feel that I am stuck in that moment. Does it mean I have not accepted it? How should I move on?

However, God sure moves in a mysterious way. I lost a friend & I gained a friend. I am honoured and blessed that I got to know Ben. I have to admit that we met each other in a unusual circumstance .... he is actually my financial planner through MSN. The strangest thing is we share the same birthday!!! Ain't that cool??? We are so gonna have a combine birthday party next year!

I also have to thank God that friends we lost contact during school days have been rekindled. Though they have not changed much, I must say thier lifestyle had. I love them for not what they are but who they are & the love that encompasses each one of us.

I think 2007 was a year of friendship. I made many friends throughout this year. I want to say a big shoutout to P&G SIN MDO. Thank you for the cool times over there. The gossips, the jokes & laughther during lunchtime, the free flow of Dynamo, Olay, Pringles, Gillette & of course not forgetting SKII. You guys showed & proven to me that we can still & always have fun at work! I so miss working with you guys!

To end this last entry of the year, I would like to thank God who had safeguarded me this year. Letting me wake up everyday to enjoy the sun, the clouds & the love He has surrounded me with. I would like to thank my posse, Kenneth, my big sister Veronica, my bro Alan, who have & always be at my side. Brian, my big bro. The person who I think will not hesitate to slap me hard if I ever screw up & always at the end of the race waiting for me. Last but not least, thank you Sonny for your love, your friendship, your kindness, your gung-ho spirit, your strife for perfection. 27 years of friendship did not end together with your demise. It will always stay in my heart.
